At Bounce Design Labs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you can return it within 7 days from the date of receipt, as long as the product is in new and resaleable condition with all product tags intact and unused.

Return Shipping Costs:

If the reason for the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong product or a defective item, we will cover the entire cost of return shipping and ensure you receive a full refund.

If you are returning the product for any other reason, such as changing your mind or wanting a different color or product, the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
No Restocking Fees:
We want to make your shopping experience as hassle-free as possible. Therefore, there are no restocking fees of any kind for returns.
